She's Got Balls! - a birth ball, peanut ball and massage ball masterclass

£25.00

Got a birth ball but not sure what you should be doing with it? Sitting and bouncing aimlessly?!

Birth balls and peanut balls are excellent tools for labour but most people aren’t using them to their full potential.

This workshop is for you if you want to learn techniques based on the latest research which were shown to reduce labour length by an average of 3 hours, reduce chance of emergency c-section, and lessen pain and fatigue during labour.

I’ll take you through the research and teach you exactly what the women did to improve their birth outcomes.

I’ll also introduce you to the peanut ball, the birth balls funny shaped cousin! Peanut balls can help you maintain good pelvic alignment even if you are in reclined positions, or have an epidural.

You’ll learn and practice these techniques as well as understand how the baby moves through the pelvis in labour and why your movement and actions can make a difference. This is a fun informal class and there’ll be plenty to time to ask questions too. If you have a birth ball please bring it with you, also bring a notepad and pen!

Antenatal education is key! I want you to go into labour feeling confident you have the knowledge and skills you need.
